No major cleanup or sorting is required. In fact, we ask clients not to throw anything away—items you may think are worthless can often be sold. We handle the organization, staging, and setup for you.

Most estate sales run 1–3 days, depending on the size of the home and the number of items. Setup typically takes several days prior, where we organize, research, and price everything.

We offer several options, including donation coordination, haul-away services, or leaving items in place for the family. We discuss all preferences during your consultation to ensure the best fit.

Most estate sale companies, including ours, charge a commission-based fee taken from the sale proceeds. This means there are typically no upfront costs, and we only get paid when the sale is completed.
